Hariom Sweets delivers across India. Here is how and when your order will reach you.
1. Order Processing
- Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
- During festive seasons (Diwali, Raksha Bandhan, etc.) dispatch may take slightly longer.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Mumbai: same-day or next-day delivery, depending on the time of order and your location.
- Rest of India: 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
- Timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to courier issues, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on your location and order value and shown clearly at checkout before payment.
4. Packaging & Perishables
- Products are packed hygienically to preserve freshness during transit.
- Some highly perishable items (such as milk-based sweets) may be available only for Mumbai delivery.
- Please consume or refrigerate perishable products as soon as possible after delivery.
5. Tracking
- Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also track your order from the Track Order page.
6. Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. Re-delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailable recipient may incur extra charges.
